How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our dedicated Track Your Order page.
Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once processing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Which courier do you use?
International and domestic orders are shipped using trusted courier partners through our shipping network to provide reliable delivery and live tracking. The exact delivery partner depends on the shipping option you select at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Dispatched via Asendia and delivered directly to your door by the USPS (United States Postal Service).
Express Shipping: Handled end-to-end by FedEx Express or UPS.
United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: Dispatched via Asendia and delivered by Royal Mail.
Express Shipping: Handled end-to-end by FedEx Express or UPS.
Ireland:
Standard Shipping: Dispatched via Asendia/DHL eCommerce and delivered by An Post (Ireland's national postal service).

What is your return policy?
For DOMESTIC orders: - Please use the Domestic Return Portal to initiate a return or exchange. This is in the footer of this website. - In the portal you chose the items you wish to return or exchange - Print the return label and drop off at a AUSPOST location. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed once received and you will be notified via e-mail.
For INTERNATIONAL orders: - At this time, international orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order).
Can I exchange an item?
If your preferred size is available we'll happily exchange eligible products.
Can I return Archive Sale items?
Archive products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I choose the correct size?
Refer to the Size Guide available on every product page. You might have a size that you normally wear in sportswear, but it is always important to check our sizing guide to ensure you get the best fit possible. Our Hustle Sportswear sizing guide is broken into two categories, sizing for tops and sizing for bottoms. Be sure to check both sections to get the best fit when choosing an outfit.
If you're between sizes:
Choose your normal size for a fitted performance fit.
One or possibly two sizes up for a more relaxed fit.
What fabrics do you use?
Our garments are designed using premium performance fabrics selected for comfort, durability and training performance. Each of our fabrics have their own unique composition to create the perfect feel and fit. Some of our fabrics are made from recycled materials like plastic bottles and post-consumer waste, reducing carbon emissions in their production by up to 80%. They are certified by GRS and OEKO-TEX® for sustainability and safety.
How should I care for my garments?
Taking proper care of your Hustle Sportswear clothing will ensure longevity. We recommend all sportswear be washed with cold water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Garments should be washed separately from all other types of clothing especially coloured clothing and anything abrasive. Keep away from fabric softeners.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Accept all major credit cards along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment options available during checkout.
Is my payment secure?

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
