Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log into the returns portal. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please use the refunds and returns portal to lodge your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new activewear! If your garments do not fit exactly how you envisioned, international orders placed from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and New Zealand are eligible for a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed, unworn, completely free of makeup or deodorant stains, and must have all original product tags securely attached.
International Return Terms & Costs
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for arranging, managing, and paying for all return international postage costs and tracking labels back to our Australian fulfillment facility.
  • Customs and Import Fees: Any border entry customs surcharges, international processing fees, or import duties levied by Australian Customs upon the package's return will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original standard or express shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these funds are consumed by global courier networks during the initial dispatch.
How to Initiate an International Return
  1. Contact our support team at [Your-Business-Email@domain.com] with your Order Number (e.g., #1002) and specify which clothing pieces you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is logged, we will provide our exact Australian warehouse delivery address.
  3. Package the items securely (re-using a lightweight mailer satchel is highly recommended to keep return shipping costs down for you).
  4. Purchase a tracked international shipping label through your local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, or An Post). You must choose a tracked shipping method. We cannot process a refund if your return package is lost in transit across the ocean without tracking proof.
  5. Email us your active return tracking link so our team can monitor its transit.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return satchel arrives at our Australian facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse team to inspect the apparel. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Klarna). You will receive an automated email notification the second the transaction reverses.
