1. Promoter The promoter of the Hustle Test Crew Competition (“Competition”) is [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] trading as Hustle Sportswear, ABN [23372843544], of [Old Plenty Road, Victoria, Australia] (“Hustle”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By entering the Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period The Competition opens at [Wednesday 12 August 2026, 09:00] AEST/AEDT and closes at [Monday 31 August 2026, 23:59] AEST/AEDT (“Competition Period”). Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Hustle Sportswear, contractors directly involved in the Competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Entrants must provide genuine and accurate information and must provide an Instagram and/or TikTok account for Hustle to review as part of the selection process.

4. How to Enter To enter, applicants must: Complete and submit the official Hustle Test Crew application form during the Competition Period; Provide all requested information; Confirm that they are 18 years or older; and Agree to these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Hustle may reject incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries.

5. The Hustle Test Crew Hustle will select 10 applicants to become members of the Hustle Test Crew (“Test Crew Members”). The Test Crew is designed to give women who genuinely train an opportunity to test upcoming Hustle products and help shape future products through honest, practical feedback. The products provided to Test Crew Members will be from upcoming Hustle products and/or the Earth & Iron collection and will not include Archive or clearance products. Selected Test Crew Members will be shown the eligible products and available colour options and will be given the opportunity to select their preferred products, sizes and colours, subject to availability. Hustle reserves the right to select fewer than 10 Test Crew Members if, in its reasonable opinion, there are not enough suitable applicants.

6. Selection of Test Crew Members Applications will be judged by Hustle based on merit and suitability for the Test Crew. The selection criteria may include: genuine training experience and frequency; enthusiasm for training and activewear; quality and thoughtfulness of responses; understanding of what they want from activewear; ability to provide useful and honest product feedback; suitability to test upcoming Hustle products; social media presence and suitability for authentic content; and willingness to participate in agreed testing, photography, video and social media activities. The Competition is judged on skill and merit. It is not a random draw and chance does not determine the successful applicants. Hustle's decision regarding the selection of Test Crew Members is final.

7. Test Crew Participation Selected Test Crew Members agree to: genuinely test the products provided to them; provide honest and constructive feedback, including what they like, what they dislike and what they believe could be improved; complete any agreed feedback or review requirements within the requested timeframe; provide agreed photographs and/or video content featuring the products; and where agreed with Hustle, post content to their social media account and tag @hustlesportswearau. Hustle is specifically seeking honest feedback. Test Crew Members are not required to provide positive feedback or favourable reviews. Failure to reasonably participate in the agreed Test Crew activities may result in removal from the Test Crew and/or ineligibility for the Competition prize.

8. Competition Winner Following completion of the Test Crew testing period, one Test Crew Member will be selected as the Competition winner. The winner will be selected based on the quality and usefulness of their participation and feedback. Hustle will consider: how thoughtful and detailed their feedback is; how honestly they identify both strengths and weaknesses; how useful their feedback is for improving future Hustle products; how thoroughly they test the products; their participation in agreed Test Crew activities; and the overall value of their contribution to the Hustle Test Crew. The winner will be selected on merit. There will be no random draw. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging decision.

9. Prize The Competition winner will receive: $250 AUD cash; PLUS one of each eligible Earth & Iron piece available as part of the Test Crew prize, with the winner able to choose one colour for each piece from the available colour options. For example, where a particular piece is available in three colours, the winner may choose one of those three colours for that piece. Product availability, sizes and colour options are subject to stock availability. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except for the cash component expressly included in the prize.

10. Notification of Winner The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided in their application. The winner may also be contacted through their nominated social media account. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Hustle may select another eligible Test Crew Member based on the same judging criteria.

11. Disqualification Hustle reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or Test Crew Member where they: provide false, misleading or fraudulent information; fail to meet the eligibility requirements; submit multiple entries; fail to complete the application; engage in dishonest or inappropriate conduct; fail to reasonably participate in agreed Test Crew activities; submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringes another person's rights; or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

12. Content and Intellectual Property Test Crew Members retain ownership of content they create. By participating in the Test Crew, members agree that Hustle may ask for permission to repost and use photographs, videos, reviews and testimonials voluntarily provided to Hustle for Hustle's social media, website and promotional purposes. Where Hustle wishes to use a Test Crew Member's content for paid advertising or other uses beyond ordinary organic reposting, Hustle will seek the appropriate permission from the creator. Test Crew Members must only provide content they have the right to provide and must not include another person's copyrighted material without permission.

13. Privacy Hustle will collect personal information provided through the Competition for the purposes of: administering the Competition; assessing and selecting Test Crew Members; contacting entrants and selected Test Crew Members; administering the Test Crew; providing products to selected Test Crew Members; administering the prize; and managing agreed Test Crew content and activities. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Hustle Sportswear Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are separate from Competition entry. Applicants may choose whether to opt in to receive future Hustle marketing communications.

14. Free Shipping Offer As a thank you for taking the time to apply, applicants may receive a free-shipping offer following submission of their application. The offer provides free shipping with no minimum spend and is subject to the terms stated with the offer, including any expiry date and applicable geographic restrictions. The free-shipping offer is not part of the Competition prize.

15. Changes or Cancellation Hustle reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law. If the Competition is cancelled or materially changed, Hustle will communicate the change through the Competition page and/or Hustle's social media channels where reasonably practicable.

16. General Hustle accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical problems outside Hustle's reasonable control. Hustle reserves the right to verify the identity, age and eligibility of any entrant or Test Crew Member. By submitting an application, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
