WHAT IS THE HUSTLE TEST CREW?
A CREW OF 10. NOT A CAMPAIGN.
The Hustle Test Crew is a small group of ten real Australian women who train and put Earth & Iron through everything a session can throw at it. They'll wear, train, wash and live in the gear — then tell us what works, what doesn't and what they'd change.

Wear it. Train in it. Wash it. Put it through your normal routine and see how it actually performs.
02 — GIVE US THE GOOD, BAD & UGLY
Tell us what you genuinely think — fit, comfort, performance, sizing, what you love and what you'd change.
03 — CREATE & SHARE
Take real photos and videos in the gear, share your experience on social, and tag @hustlesportswearau.
THE PRIZE
$250 CASH + A COMPLETE EARTH & IRON COLOURWAY
We're looking for more than one standout.
One Test Crew member will receive $250 cash plus a complete Earth & Iron colour-way. The winner will be selected based on the overall quality of their participation — how thoroughly they test the products, the quality and detail of their feedback, the insights they provide, and how well they complete the agreed Test Crew activities.
But if more than one woman blows us away with the quality of her testing, feedback and contribution, we may recognise additional standout members with further prizes or opportunities.
We're looking for women we'd want to work with again.
